Trust, data, and approvals

OtterDesk is designed to make supervision visible. A co-worker should have a clear mission, understandable activity, and a defined limit on what it can do without you.

Review access before use

Before you hire or configure a co-worker, inspect:

• What you provide.
• What it returns.
• The capabilities and requirements listed on its detail page.
• Its connected data source or integration, if any.
• Its stated limitations and approval needs.

Approval boundaries

When a co-worker needs a decision, OtterDesk shows a Decision needed card with the choices available. It waits for your approval, rejection, revision, or reply before continuing.

Evidence first

For an important recommendation, open the evidence attached to it. Use the co-worker's review view to understand what it observed and why it reached the result.
