Co-worker knowledge and workspace

Understand what a co-worker can use from its workspace and recent work.

Co-worker knowledge and workspace

A co-worker may use a workspace to organize the information relevant to its mission. OtterDesk presents this as part of the co-worker's context, not as a general-purpose file manager.

What you can review

Depending on the co-worker, you may see:

  • Recent work and observations.
  • Helpful knowledge or saved context.
  • A workspace folder.
  • Evidence connected to a particular result.

Keep the scope intentional

Use a workspace only for materials appropriate to the co-worker's mission. Before you add a connection or change access, review the co-worker's stated data boundaries in its detail or settings views.

OtterDesk keeps the focus on the outcome and evidence. It does not expose raw internal context in normal review screens.
